Like every fall, it takes a month or two before a teaching schedule settles into a groove – I am almost there, but a couple of times have become available:
Mondays @ 4:00pm and Tuesdays @ 3:30pm
Please send me a note if you are interested in piano or voice lessons!
I happy to say that my studio for the 2016-17 is now full! Last week I had the opportunity to connect with my returning students, as well as meeting my new cohort of vocalists and pianists. I am very much looking forward to lots of music-making this school year.
If you are interested in lessons for the future, please contact me directly as I will be starting a waiting list in the chance that a time slot will become available, or if scheduling is possible for the 2017-18 school year.
I am so looking forward to seeing my returning students and meeting the new ones! There are still some lessons times available for the 2016-17 school year. Here they are:
MONDAYS are now full!
TUESDAYS are now full!
WEDNESDAYS are now full!
THURSDAYS are now full!
I am so pleased to be joining my musical colleague, Kelsea McLean, in helping to lead Harmonia Girls’ Choir (I will be at the piano!). Kelsea is such an enthusiastic leader, and is constantly seeking out professional development opportunities to better her conducting skills…the ensemble will be in good hands with her at the helm!
If your daughters are interested in singing, but not quite ready for voice lessons, choral settings are a fantastic way to build confidence (that’s where I got my start singing). The choir is for girls 12-18, and tuition is only $100 for the year.
Complete information can be found HERE.
I am so pleased when my various “worlds” collide. This evening, Charles Richard-Hamelin (award winning artist at the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw) delivered a gorgeous performance at the Indian River Festival. As an employee of the Festival, I was able to invite my students to the performance. It was great to have some of them in the crowd….big grins all around after the show!
This is exactly why I love teaching music and working with students one on one!
In preparation for the upcoming 2016-17 school year, I am excited to launch my new website. I am currently accepting students for the fall – please feel free to spread the word!
This fall, I’m pleased to include a new lesson option for joint lessons in piano and voice. Lessons will focus primarily on piano, with basic vocal, musicianship and theory instruction – a great option for beginner and intermediate students.
Looking forward to getting in touch with old students and connecting with those who are new. See you soon!
